Welcome to Saval, home of the year-long "Distance, Elevation & Duration" challenge! Our initiative is designed to inspire and motivate individuals on their fitness journey through consistent movement, accountability, and the support of a like-minded community.

In-Person Event open to all Members and Non-Members

We invite individuals of all fitness levels to join our program. The challenge tracks various movement-related activities, including walking, hiking, cycling, running, rowing, swimming, workouts, HIIT, CrossFit, dance, and virtual options.
