Our year-long challenge comprises two tiers, the "Legend Series" and the "Warrior Series" both of which provide elevation, distance, and duration challenges with different objectives to cater to the various fitness levels. Participants can use any type of physical activity that keeps them moving, such as walking, running, hiking, cycling, swimming, rowing, elliptical, workouts, CrossFit, HIIT, Yoga or dance. The image below illustrates our 6 challenge types, with their quarterly and annual goals, tiers, and the requirements for earning the right to boast about your achievement. Please note that challenge penalty dues are paid at the end of the year (EOY). To enroll in the challenge, you must become a member (active participant or Patron) and pay the membership fee at the beginning of the challenge..

Select challenge(s) based on your current fitness level and desired personal goals from the following options(advisory only). 

Suitable for those with travel commitments, dependents, and those new to fitness looking to concentrate on a single challenge or combination distinct activities in Warrior series. Simply choose one challenge from the Warrior series. We suggest a solo challenge in the Warrior series for those starting.

Ready to level up from Solo? The Combo is your chance to conquer two Warrior series challenges at once! Choose any two challenges that ignite your passion, from endurance to skill, and push your limits like never before. This is for active participants who crushed the Solo last year and crave a bigger adventure. Embrace the double victory - over yourself and the finish line!

This is designed for those who regularly engage in fitness activities. It provides more versatility in terms of the types of activities and is appropriate for individuals seeking to try different exercises and challenge themselves to meet their goals. By successfully completing either Option A or B listed below, participants will earn the "Legend" designation and will be featured in the "Hall of Fame" section of our website. In both legend tracks, participants must participate in 2 challenges, including at least one challenge in the Legend Series, and meet the set goals. (Refer to table above)

This is for experienced endurance enthusiasts who are already in good shape and have experience with different types of fitness activities. This option is best for those who are looking to be consistent and love endurance-related activities. On completing the elite level, participants will be awarded the "Crown Legend" status and will be acknowledged in the "Hall of Fame" section of our website, listed by year. The participants must participate in two challenges in the Legend Series and successfully meet the set goals. (refer to table above)

This is for highly ambitious participants who have already enrolled in the above Legend combination(s) and completed their commitments ahead of schedule.  and would like to carry on and achieve the status of "Supreme Legend" by reaching one of the combinations stated below. On completing this ultimate level, participants will be awarded the highest "Supreme Legend" status and will be acknowledged in the "Hall of Fame" section of our website, listed by year. This is an extension to already enrolled challenges and there is NO penalty associated for not reaching Super Legend status.

WORKOUT in Combinations: 

When you choose a WORKOUT within your combination, the metrics tracked from the activity are mutually exclusive, meaning only one metric can be recorded at a time

Workout activities type included: workout, Yoga, Dance, HIIT, Crossfit, Pilates, weight training, Tennis Pickleball, Racketball, Swimming, Elliptical, Volleyball, Soccer, RockClimb, Rowing, Roller ski, skateboard, squash, tabletennis, badminton, 

In summary, CROWN-LEGEND is for the experienced and endurance enthusiast, LEGEND is for those who want to try different activities and push themselves and SOLO is for beginners who want to try out a specific activity and still achieve a goal. SUPREME-LEGEND is for the elite fitness freaks. Those who fail to meet their annual personal goal commitments will have to donate their penalty points in the equivalent of USD, which will go towards charity proceedings.
