Limitations and Waiver
This is an honor-based challenge. We expect all participants to report and submit their activity scores voluntarily. We do not have the ability to verify the authenticity, accuracy, or completeness of submitted scores. We may use third-party tools and applications (such as Strava, Amazon Web Services or Google Docs) for efficiency purposes, but we do not use them for validation.
All participants must comply with the Strava Community Standards, including following all health advisories and restrictions in their area before engaging in any physical activity. Participants with underlying health conditions should consult with their physician before participating in any activity type or level.
There are no monetary prizes for finishers, however, we will recognize their achievements with honorary titles and tokens of appreciation. The penalty scores represented by dollar amounts are purely symbolic and intended to promote self-accountability. We hope that participants will voluntarily donate the equivalent of their penalty scores to nominated and elected charities at the end of the year. We do not guarantee that we will collect or distribute any funds to any agency or personnel.
Any giveaways for members will be distributed at specific event locations and at specific times. Attending participants must collect their giveaways at the specified venue and time. Organizers do not guarantee or have the ability to store or ship giveaways to participants.
By participating in the Challenge, participants fully accept responsibility for their decision to participate. Participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the organizers and co-participants from and against any and all injuries, claims, losses, damages, actions, and/or liability arising out of or in connection with, directly or indirectly, participation in and/or entry into the challenges.
