Saval Challenges offers a mix of year-round and short-term challenges designed to promote active lifestyles through gamification. With three distinct year-round tiers—the Legend Series, Warrior Series, and Ninja Series. we accommodate various demographics and fitness levels. Each series includes Elevation, Distance, and Duration, based activities tailored to diverse fitness objectives.

Participants can engage in a wide range of physical activities, including walking, running, hiking, cycling, swimming, rowing, elliptical workouts, CrossFit, HIIT, yoga, and dance. Check out our full list of activities for each challenge type by clicking here.

Suitable for those with travel commitments, dependents, and those new to fitness looking to concentrate on a single challenge or combination distinct activities in Warrior series.
