Saval is a non-profit[501 (c)(3)] dedicated to fostering active, healthy lifestyles through year-round movement-based activities. Founded in response to the pandemic in 2020-21, we empower individuals to improve their physical and mental well-being while connecting through mutual support.

Through engaging challenges and progress tracking, we motivate participants to stay active and make a difference in their lives and the community. Join us in building lasting habits that inspire others!
